Dr. Nicole earned her certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner credentials from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Dr. Harrison’s nursing educational roots started at Durham Technical Community College as a graduate of their practical nurse program in 1999. Dr. Harrison is a graduate of the inaugural LPN-ADN transition program at Durham Technical Community College. Dr. Harrison went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree from Winston-Salem State University. Dr. Harrison earned her Master of Science Degree in Nursing Education from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina. Dr. Harrison earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice and post-master’s degree certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Gardner-Webb University, Boiling Springs, North Carolina. Dr. Harrison is actively practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for patients throughout their life span which covers all mental health illnesses. Dr. Harrison has experience practicing in medication assisted treatment substance use programs as well.
